Positive: We found the guest house charming with its period theme. The room was large and the bathroom modern. We chose a room that gave us access to the verandah and outside seating and the lovely garden. The breakfast and shared kitchen facilities were excellent. Good value and we would return, no worries. Negative: The parking was limited and tight so if you are late, the chances are you will have abit of a problem. There are no staff as such to ask for help.

Most enjoyable. Positive: Breakfast was help yourself with plenty to choose from different cereals, breads, spreads, teas, coffees and fruits. Morning and afternoon cakes available. It was an easy walk to the shops and eateries and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Negative: Liked it all

It was pleasant but we had to stay in town to socialise with our friends. Positive: The grounds are lovely. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Negative: The kitchen is tiny - only one person can fit at a time. The dining space was also small so people had to eat in their rooms. There is no area to relax with friends apart from the breakfast area.
