Positive: Proximity to Blackheath lookouts and some of best tree-lined streets in autumn colours in the area. Self-service well provisioned breakfasts. Room decor, size and facilities.
Negative: Very minor discomfort from noisy bathrooms of neighbouring rooms

Well stocked communal kitchen.
High tea was a bonus.

Comfortable big old house nicely adapted to b&b
Positive: Tea and home made cake when we arrived. Good breakfast Comfortable. Parking on site. Easy walk to restaurants for supper. Lovely old big house
Negative: A bit odd on arrival as no staff visible. But once that was understood everything worked. In the event when the WiFi didn’t work someone did quickly appear and fix it so not really an issue
